EThOs is a Small Business Incubator, Coworking, Training & Development Center located in Marion, IL. More than just a workspace, EThOs is a thriving community dedicated to empowering small businesses and nonprofits through coworking spaces, business incubation, and leadership development. Whether it's providing office space for remote workers and entrepreneurs, hosting workshops to build essential skills, or offering expert advising and coaching, EThOs is committed to fostering growth and innovation.

For EThOs, I design event and workshop graphics, promotional flyers, create compelling social media content, and manage website updates to ensure their digital presence reflects their mission.

“Working with Haley has been an absolute game-changer for our marketing! She is incredibly quick, accurate, and efficient, making the entire process seamless. Her attention to detail ensures that every post is polished, professional, and visually appealing. She’s also a joy to work with—always positive, responsive, and collaborative.

Since she took over our social media, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the marketing of our coworking spaces, training and development programs, and community presence. Even other social media professionals have praised the quality of her work! If you’re looking for someone to elevate your brand with engaging, high-quality content, we highly recommend her.”

Meet Worth the Risk

A circular logo with the words "Worth the Risk" in the center, surrounded by the phrases "Joy," "Identify," "A Freedom," "Courage," in blue text on a black background.

Worth the Risk is a ministry focused on empowering and equipping women to take risks for Kingdom purposes. Based in Southern Illinois, Worth the Risk hosts workshops that encourage and teach women how to step out in godly, obedient faith. Alongside their one-day church-hosted events, they foster community through Rooted Together—gatherings for prayer and worship—and extend their message through a podcast designed to inspire and uplift.

For Worth the Risk, I create compelling social media content, fully manage all social media accounts, design graphics for events, and assist in digital marketing efforts to expand their reach and impact.

“Haley has been instrumental in the growth and sustainability of Worth the Risk. She is highly detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure projects are completed on time and executed with excellence. Her strong work ethic, teamwork, and kindness make her not only a valuable asset to the team but also a joy to work with.”
